Blood Runs Cold

Here are some environments from Blood Runs Cold; an innovative 3D mobile Hidden Object Game developed and published by Bigpoint. Over the last year my role involved creating initial blockouts, from concepts created by Timo Peters ( and Patrick Bandau ( These blockouts were delivered to outsource parters Virgin Lands, who created high-resolution 3D scenes with paint-overs, which I helped convert into game-ready environments by re-projecting textures using a 2.5D workflow established by Lemuel Wuibout (, alongside Stephan Schattmann ( I was also also involved in setting up the camera system for many scenes and had to take care of paint textures of scenes and 3D objects using PBR workflow. The team overcame many challenges and I was able to contribute to many technical aspects of environment design and creation.
